Our Fees

Our fees are based on a number of factors including knowledge, experience, the time that it takes to perform the services, and the documents or results produced.  A fee schedule for estate planning is available upon request.  Services related to trust and estate administration, tax and elder planning are billed on an hourly basis.  We provide an estimate of fees after the scope of services has been identified.  We are happy to meet prospective clients, however, we charge for our initial consultation since valuable information and advice is provided.
